Perdika Recreation Park

 

Perdika Recreation Park is located near the monastery of Agios Athanasios and is approximately 30 km from Camping. In it you will see the magic of nature. Waterfalls, small bridges that cross the river have been repaired, as well as pedestrian walkways with tree trunks.

The park was once home to a zoo, but was removed due to adverse weather conditions during the winter.

Ancient Theater of Dodoni

 

The Ancient Theater is located in Dodoni and is approximately 70 km from Camping. The Ancient Theater of Dodoni was built in the 3rd century BC. under the reign of Pyrrhus and follows the plan of all Greek theaters. It had 18,000 spectators and was the largest of its time.

The archaeological site of Nikopolis is located in the prefecture of Preveza and is approximately 80 km from Camping Kalami. Ancient Nicopolis was a city of Epirus that was founded by the Romans in southwestern Epirus near present-day Preveza. Its archaeological site is today the largest in ancient Greece.
